Yoshino One was introduced to Hualien Taiwan by immigrant farmers from Kyushu. It was cultivated in "Kenkokuden” hence earning the name Emperor Rice in Taiwan.
Association No. 901 yeast was originated from Kyushu. We hope to rekindle the friendship between Yoshino One and Kyushu region.
The Formosan mountain cat, sika deer, rice grains, rhododendron, Jade mountain and the ocean, all portray the vibrant life on this land, representing diversity, integration, and rebirth.
Tropical nose and notes of passion fruit, rich umami and well balanced on the palate accompanied by a slight astringency.
